Q1 2026 Update
Many times, first pieces lack cohesion and focus.
I think that applies to these pieces, but it sure is fun to learn the drawing vocabulary of mosses and lichens!
There are still many things I have to work on, but I like this track I'm on.
These two pieces are currently on display at Movement Baker gym in Denver. A third is on it's way!
My newest pieces are very large - each is 32"x40". They feature various stumps I have encountered while hiking.

Another Artist I Loved
Contemporary art is fickle. You either scoff at it in bemusement - or a piece resonates within your own life experiences and enchants you. I foolishly did not record the artist that created this piece, but the care that went into creating the little clay molds of cigarette butts resonated with my shared love of finding beauty in the mundane and grotesque.
